Just one last reminder that if you want to get The Crystal Seal (The first entry in The Sage of Hytrae trilogy) for the lower sale price, you must act today! After today it will be coming back up to normal pricing. The physcal copy is 20% off on amazon and createspace store ($7.99 down from $9.99 reg price). The Kindle edition is also been reduced to only $2.99 (That’s 50% off the regular price of $5.99!).

This sale is in celebration of the release of book 2 in The Sage of Hytrae trilogy: The Candescent Vessel. The sale ends at midnight EST tonight!

The Crystal Seal Officially recognized by Lib of Congress!

Hey everyone!

It’s official, I have been recognized by the as the owner of the copyright for The Crystal Seal! It took some time after I submitted it, and I didn’t have to submit for copyright.  Since I wrote it, I am already the owner of the copyright. This just means that I am recognized as the official author, and that can hold up in court easier now. 😀

I plan to do this for all my books, and I hope the process goes as smoothly next year with book 2 in the series.

Hytrae Calendar

Hi everyone!

I am posting some information about the calendar of Hytrae today. I will put this info into the about Hytrae section as well. As noted by Cyan in The Crystal Seal, there are 470 Days in one year. Hytrae has four seasons much like our own, winter, spring, summer and autumn.  I have a image below of the calendar year in which the first two books take place.

Hytrae Calendar

Spring begins on the 19th of Zeho.

Summer begins on 40th Firean.

Autumn begins on the 20th of Seth.

Winter begins on the 40th of Ginhay, also the last day of the year.

More information on The Sage of Hytrae Series

Hi Everyone!

You might have noticed that over the past week a new tab has appeared on the top of my page. It was brought to my attention at the Event earlier this month, that a person looking for information about the series had to dig quite a lot to find anything about the books themselves. So to remedy this, I have added the “About Hytrae” tab at the top of the page. This will have lots of good info about The Sage of Hytrae series, and the would it takes place in. It will contain as much spoiler free information as I can get out, and will be updated from time to time with more info. I hope this makes life easier for those trying to find out a little about the series. Thanks for the feedback!

Event was a success!

Hi Everyone!

I’m sorry for not getting on here through the OTD Festival. I made sure to have some Facebook updates, but I just didn’t have time at night to get on here and write updates as well.  The Old Timers day booth was a success. I was able to sell over a dozen books to people at a special festival rate, and we even gave two away in a drawling we had through the week. I would like to thank everyone who stopped by the booth and gave their support. I am hopping to have some more events in the near future, but I haven’t decided on any at this time. I hope you all had a good weekend as well!

The event is almost here!

Hi Everyone!

If you haven’t heard by now, I will be having a booth at the Old Timer’s Day Festival (OTD) later this week (Sept. 17-20).  I will be available for autographs most of the event. We will have a limited number of copies of The Crystal Seal available to purchase.  We will also have an early sneak peak at Book 2 of The Sage of Hytrae series (don’t worry if you can’t make it out. I will post it online too, just at a later date).  I hope to see everyone there, safe travels everyone!

Event Booth opens in one week!

Hi Everyone!

I’m super excited about the fair booth that I will be having at Old Timers Day in Peebles Ohio, one week from today.  I have been prepping for it over the past month and a half and I hope it does well.  Don’t worry, I haven’t quit working on Book 2 in The Sage of Hytrae series. In fact I am hoping to have a small teaser at the fair, how big the small teaser will be is still to be determined. I hope to see you all there!
